The creation of this album started in Bellingham, WA and was completed in Portland, OR where I now reside. The tracks on this album were created somewhere along this adventure and all reflect different times in the process: contemplating relocation, taking the leap, unsure if the right choice was made, realizing the right choice was made, and feeling content in my new home. During this journey, I have made many new friends while staying connected with long-time friends from Bellingham and before.

There is one friend in particular; we embarked not knowing precisely how we would land, and I am better because of her company. Emily is my best friend and the one along the way who has made this new chapter worthwhile and wonderful. This album is dedicated to her.

On that note: all proceeds from this album will go into our wedding fund.
